John Kally

Hello there! I’m John, a passionate researcher about all things regarding movement, nutrition, and health. How did I get here? Well, growing up I was overweight, lethargic, and had zero drive to do anything other than the bare minimum. In my early teens I finally snapped out of that mindset upon realizing that living the rest of my life like this would be no life worth living. From that day forward I began pouring myself into understanding what I needed to do in order to improve my well-being, which eventually led me to understand that I wanted to help others as well. I completed a bachelor’s in psychology, and later decided to dive deeper into my real passions: fitness and nutrition. I took the plunge and spent a year learning under the Nutritional Therapy Association. Now as an NTP with over a decade’s worth of experience in almost all aspects of training, I hope to help people achieve optimal health and well-being from the inside out.
