Matt's Thoughts:

For many years I made my own sole salt (liquid salt supplement) by mixing a clean source of salt with filtered water, shaking it up, then pouring it into a dropper bottle to spike my drinks with. That is one strategy to increase your mineral intake but it’s labor intensive. These days my mineral intake in supplemental form mostly comes from Icelandic salt, shilajit tablets, and Quinton Hypertonic. My whole food sources of minerals include eggs, dairy, red meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit when I can get it in season up here in the north.
